Terms & Conditions

1. Master sample will be produced within 4 to 7 working days upon confirmation of finished artwork.

2. Master sample will be produced within 14 to 21 working days upon confirmation of finished artwork. (Product from oversea).

3. Delivery for order of below 2000pcs will be 8 days upon confirmation of final sample subject to availability of stock.

4. Delivery for order of 2000 to 10,000pcs will be 15 days upon confirmation of final sample subject to availability of stock.

5. Delivery within Klang Valley will be F.O.C for order above 300pcs subject to availability of logistic transport.

6. Delivery below 300pcs RM80.00 transport charges will be applicable subject to availability of logistic transport.

7. Delivery will be available within Klang Valley. Outstation delivery will be chargeable accordingly to courier mileage.

8. Terms of payment: 40% deposit upon confirmation of order and balance C.O.D, delivery upon clearance of cheque.

9. Terms of payment: 40% deposit upon confirmation of order and balance LC/TT. (Product from oversea).

10. For full colour printing, an additional of RM250.00 on colour separation will be chargeable.

11. All prices are based on solid/spot 1 to 3 colours printing.

12. Prices are inclusive of standard individual Gift Box.

13. For printing Gold (10K), charges will be calculated separately according to final artwork.

14. For printing of pink, maroon & purple, charges will be calculated separately according to final artwork.

15. Urgent job for delivery within 5 working days upon confirmation of master sample will be charged with an additional of 20% from the normal price list.

16. The colour for fired ceramic products will differ 10% to 30% a compared to pantone colour due to high temperature firing.

17. Special design mould will not be charged for minimum order of 5000pcs and delivery is within 60days after confirmation of master sample subject to availability of stock.

18. Mould cost will be chargeable for order below 5000pcs.

19. For any rejected or returned goods by customer, we shall reserve the right to dispose off by our decision.

20. For cancellation of order, cost incurred will be borne by customer accordingly (deposit or cost incurred thus far, whichever is higher).

21. Complete product will be delivered/collected within two weeks time. Daily rental will be chargeable accordingly after 14 days.

22. No sample for order below 300pcs. Order above 300pcs, 1st sample is F.O.C. maximum samples provided is 3 times and will be charged accordingly.

23. Responsibility will be borne by us for breakage due to delivery by our logistic department. We will not be responsible for breakage due to delivery by transport agent or forwarder.
