2. What is your selling price for a mug?
A: It is based on the quantity of order, sides of printing and the
printing colour.
3. What type of printing that you provide?
A: High temperature permanent printing.
4. Are your products dish-washable?
A: Yes, they are.
5. What type of product quality mug you provide?
A: Fine porcelain white mug & stoneware quality for colour glazing
mug.
6. What is your delivery lead-time?
A: 8-15 days upon confirmation of master sample for order below
10K pcs.
45-60 days upon confirmation of master sample for order above 10K
pcs.
7. How do I provide my artwork material?
A: You can either email the artwork to art@granicsgroup.com or send
us a CD saved in MAC or PC using Illustrator or Photoshop in AI
or EPS file format.

8. Do your products comply with FDA?
A: Yes, they do.
9. Are your product microwavable?
A: Yes, except for gold colour.
10. How should I handle the product?
A: You should handle with care and much appreciation as it is breakable
if dropped.
11. Why should I choose your product?
A: As they are high perceived value with longer life span for advertisement
purposes.
12. What are the advantages of water transfer
compare to alcohol transfer printing?
A: Most of the colours used are FDA approved for water transfer
printing. Solid colour print is even and we hardly get any scratching
in the permanent print. Half tone effect can be printed in details.
We can get adjustable evenness and the colours are consistent.
13. What is your colour variation between
pantone colour?
A: Due to high temperature firing there will be a 10-30% variation
depending on your design.
14. Why your product pricing is different
from the market average?
A: it is due to customized order & quality comply to ISO 9001: 2000.
15. What is the cost and lead-time to open
a new mould?
A: RM500 to RM1000 depending on size. Lead time 20 to 30 days.
16. How should I design on a mug?
A: Before designing any graphic on a particular product, request
from us to supply a dimensional layout for positioning of graphic.
According to the product construction, this positioning information
is very important to ensure the proper placement of artworks unto
each panel of the product.

A: If the repeat order is within 2 months, price will be revised
according to the quantity of order. (discount range of 5-10%).
